End of an Era

Well a milestone has occurred. The fish tank is gone. After 29 years, hunderds of fish and a current leak, it was time for it to be retired. There were only two fish remaining in the tank. They have been donated to the Ancient China restaurant fish tank.

Now that the tank is gone that means that Vicki is focused on rearranging the den, living room and dining room. Guess it is time for me to take an extended business trip.

  • How sad! I know it had to happen and at least your best friends over at the AC would gladly accept! And now the pleco & shark can have some friends... if they don't get eatten first!!! Have fun rearranging! I'll take whatever furniture ya'll don't want!

  • Say it ain't so! But so glad that they're at Ancient China so you can go visit them for lunch. Where are the pictures?

  • Luh, they are thriving. There is no place to hide and they are swimming like crazy amidst the giant goldfish! They seem to have more personality since they now have names, Eli and Isobel, after the wait staff. We always ask for a table near the tank.

  • Alright, never knew dad had started posting every once in awhile. I hope mom is preparing for that rearranging to fit my queen size bed!

And dad, where would you take an extended business trip? I don't think you've gone on one of those in YEARS! (School board doesn't count!)

    See you SOOOOOON!
